Shane

Shane Kadrlik

Shane Kadrlik

Shane

Shane started his career of construction mgmt. in 1997, with 12 years of that in the warranty departments of major MN builders.  In those years he learned about the importance of building science as it relates to durability, safety and energy efficiency.  Shane was VP of Construction when he personally saw over Town and Country Homes/K. Hovnanian Homes receive the Energy Star award for homes in MN.  Shane is the only person in MN who has been to DC to personally be awarded the Energy Star partner of the year award for a builder.  Shane has worked in the Energy Efficiency field of construction for 15+ years.  As CEO of TENww Shane has helped the company grow on average 20% or more year over year.  Shane accredits the company value of going above and beyond to help their clients as the primary reason followed by the simple pricing structure for the exceptional growth.  Shane says other companies try to hide additional fees and price structure/adds due to not being locally owned and operated.  Shane says most companies like ours are not as open and honest about all aspects of their business with the client where TENww is completely transparent.

Shane’s love of the outdoors including fishing, hunting and camping is what keeps Shane and his family firmly rooted here in MN.  His ability to work in a field that overall helps MN homeowners and builders save money while helping the environment has really hit home for him.  Finally, for Shane, is the ability for TENww to give back to children who are less fortunate is the firm driver that keeps him fully motivated. TENww gives a 1/3 of its profits to non-profits each year to do so.
